Zelenskyy after his conversation with Scholz: We want war to end forever, thanks to US - it’s real
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy had a telephone conversation with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
The head of state announced this on Telegram, Censor.NET reports.
"A frank dialog on many issues and our vision of the future security architecture. We are counting on the unity of Europe around Ukraine and are working for it. We all want a safe future for our people. Not a temporary ceasefire, but an end to the war for good. Thanks to our coordination and the leadership of the United States, this is absolutely realistic to achieve," the statement said.
Zelenskyy praised Germany's contribution to strengthening Ukraine's air shield and protecting thousands of people.
"We see how we can increase cooperation in this direction. We will continue to work. Thank you for your support," he concluded.
