On the morning of 7 March, Russians attacked Kharkiv with drones and missiles, and an explosion occurred.
According to Censor.NET, this was reported by Mayor Ihor Terekhov.
"There was an explosion in Kharkiv. Please be careful. It was in the Kyivskyi district of the city. We are finding out the details," he said in a statement.
The strike hit a civilian infrastructure facility. A woman was pulled out from the rubble of the building - she is alive and is being examined by doctors. Search and rescue operations are ongoing.
There is a fire at the site of the impact. A nearby apartment building was also damaged. All residents are being evacuated.
All relevant services are working at the scene.

The head of the RMA, Oleh Syniehubov, reported five victims. Two of them were hospitalised. The others were treated on the spot.
‘The occupiers attacked a civilian enterprise in the Kyivskyi district of Kharkiv. There is a fire on the vehicles.
A 65-year-old woman and a 61-year-old man were hospitalised," the statement said.
Later, Mayor Terekhov said that in addition to the critical infrastructure building and a residential building, other facilities were damaged. 10 garages and five cars are on fire.
"Six people were rescued," the mayor said.
