As of 6 March 2025, the Ukrainian Defence Forces fought 146 combat engagements with the Russian occupiers.
This is stated in the report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Censor.NET reports.
Russia's strikes in Ukraine
According to updated information, yesterday the enemy conducted 89 air strikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and populated areas, dropping 149 guided aerial bombs and using 2,729 kamikaze drones. In addition, it carried out more than 5,100 shellings, 194 of which were from multiple launch rocket systems.
The aggressor carried out air strikes, in particular in the areas of Velyka Rybytsia, Mohrytsia, Yunakivka, Basivka in Sumy region; Kramatorsk, Kostiantynivka, Sukhyi Yar, Novopil, Zelene Pole in Donetsk region; Temyrivka, Zaliznychne, Huliaipole, Stepove, Piatykhatky, Plavni in Zaporizhzhia region; and Mylove in Kherson region.
Defeat of the enemy
Over the past day, Ukrainian aviation, missile forces and artillery struck 17 areas of concentration of personnel and equipment and one occupiers' electronic warfare facility.
The situation in the Kharkiv region
In the Kharkiv sector, our troops repelled four enemy attacks near Vovchansk.
Two occupiers' attacks took place in the Kupyansk sector yesterday. Ukrainian defence forces repelled the enemy's assault near Zahryzove.
Fighting in the East
In the Lyman sector, the enemy attacked 16 times. They tried to advance near Ivanivka, Balka Zhuravka, Yampolivka and in the direction of Hryhorivka.
In the Siverskyi sector, the enemy attacked the positions of our defenders once near Bilohorivka.
In the Kramatorsk sector, 13 firefights were registered in the area of Chasiv Yar and in the direction of Stupochky.
In the Toretsk sector, the enemy carried out 33 attacks near Dyliivka, Krymske, Ozarianivka, Leonidivka and Toretsk.
In the Pokrovsk sector, our defenders stopped 19 aggressor's assault and offensive actions in the areas of Promin, Dachenske, Kotlyne, Nadiivka, Ulakly and Andriivka.
In the Novopavlivka sector, the Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled five attacks on the positions of our troops near Kostiantynopil, Skudne and Burlatske.
South
In the Huliaipillia sector, the enemy attacked five times in the areas of Pryvilne and Novosilka.
In the Orikhivsk sector, our defenders repelled 11 enemy attempts to advance in the areas of Mala Tokmachka, Mali Shcherbaky, Nesterianka, Kamianske and Piatykhatky.
The enemy did not conduct any offensive actions in the Prydniprovskyi sector.
Kursk region
In the operational area in Kursk region, Ukrainian Defence Forces repelled 32 Russian attacks over the past day. In addition, the enemy launched 27 air strikes using 35 guided bombs, and fired 467 artillery shells at Ukrainian troops' positions and localities, including 26 from multiple launch rocket systems.
No signs of enemy offensive groups forming in the Volyn and Polissia sectors were observed.
