Fighting continues in border region of Sumy region

The Defense Forces of Ukraine continue to engage in difficult battles in the border areas of the Sumy region.

This was stated by the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Andrii Kovalenko, Censor.NET reports.

"Difficult battles continue in the border areas of the Sumy region, Russian assault groups are trying to break through and move towards the highway from Yunakivka to Sudzha in the Kursk region," the report says.

According to him, the Defense Forces are fighting, inflicting significant losses on the Russians.
