Official of Vinnytsia TCR and her accomplice who beat man are sent to custody

The official of the Vinnytsia TCR and her accomplice, who beat a citizen, were sent to custody without the right to post bail.
This was reported by the press service of the State Bureau of Investigation, Censor.NET informs.
"The incident occurred in September, when the victim, who worked at a critical infrastructure enterprise and had a valid reservation, turned to the institution to update his data. He was referred to the deputy head of the TCR, who was dissatisfied with his behaviour and began to force him to sign a military service questionnaire and cancel his reservation," the statement said.
Currently, the deputy head of the Vinnytsia Joint City Territorial Centre for Recruitment and Social Support and her former subordinate have been served with a notice of suspicion of abuse of power by a military official, which caused significant damage committed under martial law by a group of persons (Part 1 of Article 28, Part 5 of Article 426-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to 12 years.
Earlier, SBI officers served a notice of suspicion to the deputy head of the Vinnytsia Joint City Territorial Centre for Recruitment and Social Support and her former subordinate in connection with the beating of a man liable for military service who refused to sign a questionnaire.
