Sybiha on Ukraine’s contacts with United States: We should not talk about pressure, but about intensification of relations
Currently, Ukraine continues to develop relations with the United States.
This was stated by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha at a joint press conference with German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock, Censor.NET reports citing RBC-Ukraine.
"We should not talk about pressure, but rather about the development and intensification of our relations with the United States. We see a great chance to accelerate efforts aimed at achieving a just and comprehensive peace for Ukraine," the Ukrainian minister emphasized.
He also pointed out that a just peace is a strategic goal for both Ukraine and the United States. It is in the national interests of the Americans, as well as the interests of the transatlantic community.
According to Sybiha, Ukraine is interested in further intensifying its dialogue with the United States at all levels.
"We very much hope that these efforts will lead to this desired result of achieving a just and comprehensive peace," he emphasized.
