Putin is stalling and trying to get out of talks, - Baerbock
German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock believes that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is delaying peace talks.
She said this during a press conference with Andrii Sybiha, Censor.NET reports citing Ukrinform.
According to Baerbock, Putin is the only one who is not ready to accept peace and follows a strategy of further destruction.
"Unfortunately, nothing has changed in this regard. Destruction was the goal at the table in Jeddah. Otherwise, we cannot explain why there was another attack on the energy infrastructure in Kharkiv, even though there was an agreement that there should be no attack. It is important that during all these negotiations we keep in mind that Putin is stalling and trying to get out of the negotiations and escalates the struggle, attacking houses. Putin cannot be trusted," the minister emphasized.
The German Foreign Minister believes that real peace will be possible only when the Russian leader sees that he cannot win this war and that his destruction is not successful.
