Ukraine is ready for unconditional ceasefire. It’s Putin who doesn’t want war to end – Zelenskyy

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said that Ukraine is ready for an unconditional ceasefire with Russia.
The head of state said this during a joint briefing with German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock, Censor.NET reports.
"Putin does not want the war to end, but US pressure or an attempt to do so led to a second meeting in Saudi Arabia, where the American side promised Ukraine that it had agreed with the Russian side that there would be no strikes on the energy sector and a ceasefire on the water, and that the American side would work to bring our children back to Ukraine," Zelenskyy said.
The President also commented on the absence of Shaheds in the Ukrainian sky on the night of April 1.
"I don't know what the main reasons are for the absence of shaheds and other long-range drones. It may be weather conditions, or it may be that we have passed on information to the American side about the Russians' failure to comply with the energy truce," he said.
According to the president, the strikes were carried out by FPV drones in Kherson region and Russians cut off electricity to 40,000 consumers.
