Car explosion in Dnipro: city council deputy Yurii Fedko killed
Dnipro City Council deputy Yurii Fedko died in hospital after his car was blown up.
This was reported by the press service of the "Proposition" party, Censor.NET informs.
"During the provision of medical care, Yurii Fedko, a deputy of the Dnipro City Council from 'Proposition', died in hospital.
The police classified the incident as a terrorist attack, and criminal proceedings have been opened. Law enforcement officers are working on three versions: a crime ordered by Russian special services to destabilise the situation in the country, the victim's hostile relationship with the alleged perpetrator, and professional activity," the statement said.
Earlier, it was reported that an official's car exploded in the Dnipropetrovsk region, injuring him and his wife.
