US may withdraw up to 10,000 troops from Eastern Europe - NBC News

The U.S. Department of Defense is considering a proposal to withdraw some of the troops sent by the administration of the 46th President of the United States, Joe Biden, in 2022 to strengthen the defense of countries bordering Ukraine.
According to Censor.NET, NBC News reports this with reference to sources.
It is noted that in 2022, 20 thousand US troops arrived in Poland and Romania.
"If Washington does go ahead with a partial withdrawal, fears will grow in Europe that the United States could leave its allies alone with the growing Russian threat," European officials told NBC.
The Pentagon did not respond to a request for comment.
