54 combat engagements took place in frontline, most of them in Pokrovsk and Lyman directions - General Staff
Since the beginning of the day, as of 4 p.m., 54 combat engagements have taken place at the front.

The situation in the north
Communities of border settlements suffered from shelling from the territory of the Russian Federation, in particular: Kucherivka, Shalyhine, Porozok, Prokhody, Myropilske, Bachivsk, Chuikivka, and Fotovyzh in the Sumy region; Petrushivka, Marine, Turia, Mala Rybytsia, Velykyi Prykil, Krasnopillia, Samotoivka, Myropilske, and Uhroidy in the Sumy region were hit by guided missiles.
Hostilities in the Kharkiv region
In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy conducted one offensive in the area of Vovchansk. The battle is currently underway.
In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy carried out one assault action near Zahryzove.
Hostilities in Donbas
In the Lyman direction, the invading army attacked 10 times near the settlements of Serhiivka, Nove, Kolodiazi and in the directions of Hrekivka and Novomykhailivka. Two combat engagements are still ongoing.
In the Siversk direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled four attempts by the occupiers to advance in the areas of Bilohorivka and Verkhnokamianske, and another attack is still ongoing.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy did not conduct any active offensives.
In the Toretsk direction, the enemy attacked 6 times near Toretsk and Shcherbynivka. All combat engagements are currently over.
In the Pokrovsk direction, since the beginning of the day, the occupants have made 12 attempts to push our defenders from their positions near Kalynove, Shevchenko, Zelene Pole, Yelyzavetivka, Andriivka and Bohdanivka. The defense forces are holding back the enemy's offensive and repelled nine attacks, three firefights are still ongoing.
In the Novopavlivka direction, the enemy attacked once in the vicinity of Kostiantynopil today.
Hostilities in the south
In the Huliaipole direction, the enemy carried out five attacks in the area of Novosilka and in the direction of Shevchenko, two attacks are still ongoing. In addition, the enemy launched an air strike on Huliaipole with unguided missiles.
In the Orikhiv direction, our defenders repelled four enemy attacks in the area of Stepove and Shcherbaky, two combat engagements are still ongoing.
The enemy did not conduct any active offensive in the Prydniprovske direction.
Ukrainian Armed Forces Operation in Kursk Region
In the Kursk region of the Russian Federation, Ukrainian defenders repelled six Russian attacks, and three more clashes are still ongoing. Since the beginning of the day, the enemy has carried out 33 air strikes, dropped a total of 58 guided aerial bombs on the positions of our troops and settlements, and fired 154 artillery shellings, including seven from multiple launch rocket systems.
The situation did not change significantly in other frontline areas.
