Ukraine is ready to purchase large aid package from United States – Zelenskyy

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has announced Ukraine's readiness to buy a large package of defense aid from the United States.

This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to Interfax-Ukraine.

"Regarding the additional package, we want and we are ready, and we have handed over to the American side a large package that we want to purchase. We want to buy it in one form or another. This is our format, how we will pay for it. And we did not ask for the future package for free. We are counting on it even as a security guarantee," the president said.

Earlier, Lithuanian Foreign Minister Budrys said that Europe would not be able to fully replace the aid Ukraine received from the United States.
