Enemy hit Kupiansk city centre with "Uragan": couple killed. There are victims in Shevchenkove (updated)

On the morning of 14 April 2025, the enemy attacked the central part of Kupiansk with the "Uragan" MLRS. A 68-year-old man and his 61-year-old wife were killed.
The head of the administration, Andrii Besedin, said this, Censor.NET reports citing "Suspilne".
"Unfortunately, a man and a woman who were walking down the street died. A large number of private households were damaged. At least two houses were destroyed. One more person was also injured - this was an acute stress reaction. All help was received on the spot. The shelling does not stop, and now it is ongoing, so the situation is very difficult," Besedin said.
"I will give you the statistics for the two weeks of April. The enemy struck the territory of the Kupiansk community with various types of weapons - mortars, artillery, MLRS of various modifications, FPV drones and UAVs - 1870 strikes. These are the officially recorded strikes on the community. 70 guided aerial bombs were dropped on the territory of the Kupiansk community in two weeks. Over the past 14 days, including this morning, 16 civilians have sustained injuries of varying severity. Unfortunately, four residents of Kupiansk were killed," adds the head of the city administration.
Later, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, clarified that a 77-year-old woman and a 52-year-old man sustained life-threatening injuries in Shevchenkove as a result of shelling from MLRS.
