36 field engineering brigades are mine clearing in Donbas, - ATO HQ

Around 20,000 explosive hazards have been destroyed in the Donbas since the beginning of the anti-terrorist operation (ATO).

This was announced by the ATO HQ press officer Anatolii Stelmakh on air of 112 Ukraine TV channel, Censor.NET reports.

"At the moment, the issue of the area mine clearing is very acute. Our field engineers leave for the hottest spots daily and conduct mine clearing operations. About 36 brigades of field engineers are currently operating," he said.

Stelmakh noted that around 20,000 explosive hazards have been destroyed since the beginning of the anti-terrorist operation.
