14 people killed in Zatoka accident

Yesterday at 4p.m., Ivolha boat sank in the Black Sea near the town of Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi (Odesa region). There were 36 passengers on board.

14 people were killed in the accident. Overloaded boat, stormy weather, and lack of life jackets are the main reasons for the high number of victims.
