MoD codifies all Quazar 3M EW system variants by TAF Industries

Ukraine’s Defense Ministry has codified eight modifications of the Quazar 3M electronic warfare (EW) system produced by TAF Industries.
The Quazar 3M line comes in eight variants based on the number of frequency bands, all of which can operate simultaneously., company representatives told Censor.NET’s Drone Industry project.
According to them, the Defense Ministry codified the full range of models — from the Quazar 3M 3 (three modules) to the Quazar 3M 10 (ten modules). A higher number of bands increases the ability to suppress enemy drone control and helps protect Ukrainian troops.
"Codification confirms that the product meets all requirements of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and, most importantly, the battlefield. It also enables state procurement orders, which increases the number of deliveries to the front and therefore makes it possible to save more lives of military personnel and civilians," TAF Industries said.
Quazar 3M EW system and its variants
Quazar 3M has three module configuration options. In particular, a small jamming unit for 3–5 bands, a medium unit for 6–7–8, and a large unit for 9–10. The products were codified by the Defense Ministry across the 120 to 5850 MHz range.
Quazar 3M, the manufacturer says, provides reliable protection even against advanced enemy communications systems with high signal gain. More than 500 codified Quazar systems are already operating on the front line.
All Quazar EW systems have an IP66 protection rating. In particular, external companies conducted tests for thermal режим (up to 70°C), vibration resistance, and dust and water ingress — the results are confirmed by certificates and test reports.
"Our approach includes three types of testing: incoming inspection, then in-process quality control directly at production, and field trials. All products undergo regular testing," TAF Industries said.
