Kremlin considers possibility of changing "DPR” and “LPR" leaders, - InfoResist
The Russian presidential administration considers the possibility to change the "DPR” and “LPR" leaders for the ones more restrained regarding Ukraine and more influential among the residents of the occupied territories of the Donbas.
People's Front faction MP, Head of the Center for Military and Political Studies Dmytro Tymchuk wrote on Facebook citing the situation report by the Information Resistance group, Censor.NET reports.
According to the InfoResist, the option of a formal change of leaders is discussed in order to Zakharchenko and Plotnitsky continue carrying out the actual governance of the occupied territories of the Donbas (possibly from the territory of the Russian Federation) under the control of the Kremlin overseers.
According to the Information Resistance group, Dmitry Kozak (Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation), who was previously seen as a substitute for Vladislav Surkov, has not agreed to "oversee" the "DPR" and "LPR". Vyacheslav Volodin (First Deputy Head of Administration President of the Russian Federation) is currently the temporary "overseer" of the self proclaimed regions.
