Ukrnafta files lawsuit against Russia in Permanent Court of Arbitration

Ukrainian oil company Ukrnafta PJSC has filed a lawsuit against Russia in the Permanent Court of Arbitration located in The Hague, the Netherlands.

This information is published on the Court's website, Censor.NET reports citing Liga.

The proceedings were commenced under Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the Encouragement and Mutual Protection of Investments dated Nov. 27, 1998.
