Dollar interbank exchange rate soared to UAH 25.60

On Friday, Jan. 29, hryvnia quotations against the U.S. dollar on the interbank currency market fell to 25.30/25.60 UAH/USD.

Hryvnia quotations against the euro settled at 27.5668/27.8912 UAH/EUR, against the Russian ruble - at 0.3340/0.3384 UAH/RUB.

As previously reported, the National Bank on Jan. 29 dropped the official hryvnia rate to 25.15 per dollar.
