Prosecutors couldn’t prove guilt of Savchenko, – Feigin
The Russian judicial investigation did not manage to provide any evidence of Nadiia Savchenko's guilt.
Savchenko's lawyer Mark Feigin wrote on Twitter, Censor.NET reports.
"Today I am going to Donetsk town in the Rostov region. Tomorrow's examination in court will complete the final stage of the presentation of evidence by the defense. The judicial investigation did not manage to prove the guilt of Savchenko. It has rather proved the opposite: the fact of falsification of Savchenko's case," Feigin wrote.
According to the prosecutors, Savchenko has adjusted the fire from a tower. But Nadiia has not been seen on and she could hardly climb up.
"The only way out for the Donetsk court is to justify Savchenko. But that is something they just could not do. They do not have such authority," the lawyer said.
