Ukraine's federalization out of question, Foreign Minister Klimkin says

Ukraine will never accept proposals on federalization, especially those by Russia.

This was announced by Ukraine's Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin during his speech in Chatham house in London on Wednesday, Feb. 10, Censor.NET reports citing the Ukrainian Embassy's in the UK Twitter account.

Klimkin also noted that the Russian side does not fulfill its obligations under the Minsk agreements, so the EU sanctions against it should remain in effect.
