Presidential Administration in Kyiv has received the resignation statement of Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin

This was announced by President Poroshenko's press secretary Sviatoslav Tseholko on his Facebook page, Censor.NET reports.

"Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin has filed a statement of resignation. It was received in the Presidential Administration today. I've seen it myself," he wrote.
