Patrol police officer Oliinyk’s lawyers appeal against his arrest

The court will consider the appeal petition either Feb. 29 or March 1.

The defense of patrol police officer Serhii Oliinyk, suspected of the murder of the 17-year-old passenger of BMW during night chase in Kyiv, has appealed against his arrest. Suspect's lawyer Rostyslav Pukalo told Ukrainski Novyny, Censor.NET reports.

"The appeal has already been filed," he said.

According to Pukalo, the appeal petition will be considered either Feb. 29 or March 1.
