Pro-Russian militants used Minsk-banned weapons near Opytne and Avdiivka.
This was announced by Donetsk sector press officer Serhii Furdyk, Censor.NET informs citing 112 Ukraine TV channel.The total of six cases of shelling were recorded as of this morning, March 9, near Opytne, Pisky, Avdiivka, Maiorsk, Luhansk, Myronivske from small arms and grenade launchers, he said.
Militants used 120-mm caliber mortars against Ukrainian positions near Opytne, and 82-mm mortars near Avdiivka.
As reported, Ukrainian military repulsed an enemy assault near Avdiivka yesterday. The total of 54 cases of shelling were recorded over past day against Ukrainian army.
