Strategic Defense Bulletin signed, army to see complete restructuring, - Poroshenko
President Petro Poroshenko has enacted Ukraine's Strategic Defense Bulletin.
He announced it at a meeting with Ukrainian army sergeant-level staff, Censor.NET reports citing Ukrainski Novyny.
"The Strategic Defense Bulletin was adopted and signed at the last meeting of the National Security and Defense Council," he said.
Poroshenko noted that this document was intended for a complete restructuring of the army and other security forces.
