"I wouldn't be so excited in her place," - Lutsenko on closure of Lukash's case

Prosecutor General Yurii Lutsenko has confirmed the case of ex-Justice Minister Olena Lukash is dismissed and said it will be re-opened soon.

As reported by Censor.NET, Lutsenko stated the investigator will have grounds for the resumption of investigation after receiving documents from a "certain state authority."

"This is a temporary measure, the case is closed. As soon as the response is received, the investigator will take a procedural decision," he noted.
