Andrii Shevchenko appointed Ukraine’s national football team head coach
The Football Federation of Ukraine (FFU) has appointed former football player Andrii Shevchenko the head coach of the national football team.
The decision was taken at a meeting of the FFU Executive Committee today, Censor.NET informs citing the press office of the Football Federation of Ukraine.
The FFU Executive Committee unanimously supported Shevchenko's appointment to the position.
Shevchenko signed contract for two years with an option to renew the contract for the same period after its termination.
