Putin dismisses head of his administration Ivanov

President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin has dismissed Presidential Administration Head Sergei Ivanov.

Censor.NET reports citing Gazeta.ru.

"Russian President Vladimir Putin dismissed Sergei Ivanov from the post of the head of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation by his decree," the statement reads.

It is noted that Ivanov was subsequently appointed Russian President's Envoy for Nature Protection, Ecology and Transport.
