"Two people were killed and four were wounded in the Russian attack on Dnipro," Hanzha said.
He also reported that people may still be trapped under the rubble of a facility damaged by the enemy strike.
The search and rescue operation is ongoing.
"The number of people injured in the enemy attack on Dnipro has risen to six," Hanzha later reported.
Two people have been hospitalized. A 25-year-old man is in critical condition.
As of 8:00 a.m., three people are known to have died.
"Rescue workers are continuing to search for another employee of the facility that was struck by the enemy," Hanzha said.
At 9:00 a.m., it was reported that rescuers had recovered the body of another victim from under the rubble.
"The Russians' nighttime attack on the city claimed four lives," Hanzha said.
