Poland again scrambles aircraft in response to Russian attack on Ukraine: jet-powered UAV was heading towards Lutsk

On the evening of Monday, October 5, Poland scrambled military aircraft in response to a Russian drone attack on Ukraine.
Poland’s Government Centre for Security reported this, Censor.NET reports.
Residents of the Lublin Voivodeship received warning messages.
"Attention! Russian aerial attack on Ukrainian territory. The situation is under control. The Polish Air Force is operating in the airspace of the Republic of Poland. Follow further announcements," the message reads.
Movement of jet-powered UAV over Volyn
- Earlier, the Ukrainian Air Force had warned of a Russian jet-powered UAV flying over Volyn.
- "A jet-powered UAV is heading towards Lutsk," the Air Force reported at 7:26 p.m.
