Due to Russian strikes, power system has lost some of its capacity to transmit electricity to consumers, - Ministry of Energy

In recent weeks, Russia has intensified its attacks on energy infrastructure. The enemy is targeting power equipment and high-voltage transmission lines that carry electricity between regions. As a result, the power grid has temporarily lost some of its capacity to deliver electricity to consumers.
This was reported by Censor.NET, citing the press office of the Ministry of Energy.
As noted, enemy shelling is hampering repair efforts. As soon as the security situation allows, utility workers begin repairing the damaged equipment to restore power to consumers as quickly as possible.
