This was reported by Heorhii Reshetilov, acting head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, according to Censor.NET.

As reported, the enemy attacked energy and industrial infrastructure facilities in Mykolaiv this afternoon.
Unfortunately, a 64-year-old man was killed.
"Russia has taken yet another life. I extend my sincere condolences to the family and loved ones of the deceased. May his memory live on," the statement reads.
