Ukrainian military carried out its fifth humanitarian drone mission to Beryslav: further 600 kg of food was delivered

Beryslav

Last night, the Ukrainian military carried out its fifth humanitarian mission to Beryslav in the Kherson region.

This was reported on a Telegram channel by Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Administration, according to Censor.NET.

It is reported that, with the help of drones, a further 600 kilograms of food were delivered to the city’s residents.

"Due to the ongoing Russian terror, logistics to Beryslav have effectively been paralysed, so this method of delivery remains one of the ways of getting essential supplies to people," the Regional Military Administration emphasises.

In total, over the course of five missions, soldiers from the ‘Bolgarichi’ unit of the 11th Brigade of the Ukrainian National Guard delivered 3,160 kilograms of food to the residents of Beryslav.

What led up to it?

It was previously reported that, for the third day running, the Ukrainian military have been delivering humanitarian aid to residents of the frontline town of Beryslav in the Kherson region using drones.

The day before, a further 460 kg of food was delivered to Beryslav by drones.
