Zelenskyy: We are working to ensure our drones and missiles can reach even more distant Russian territories

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy heard a report on the results of Ukrainian deep strikes in September–October. Among other things, key areas for the further use of Ukraine’s long-range capabilities were identified.
The head of state announced this on social media, Censor.NET reports.
Strike range is expanding
"There was an important report on the results of deep strikes in September–October. I am grateful to all our warriors for their accuracy and the consistently effective implementation of Ukraine’s long-range sanctions. Every Russian strike on our cities and communities is always met with our entirely justified response," the head of state said.
He noted that Russian facilities along a line from Yamal to Western Siberia are now within reach of Ukrainian deep strikes.
"We are working to ensure our drones and missiles can reach even more distant Russian territories," the head of state said.
In particular, key areas for the further use of Ukraine’s long-range capabilities were identified.
Scaling up units
"Our deep-strike units will also be scaled up, drawing both on the capabilities of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), particularly its 'Alpha' Special Operations Centre, and on our intelligence agencies and other components of Ukraine’s Defence Forces," Zelenskyy said.
According to the president, "our Ukrainian long-range capability is one of the real guarantees of preserving our country’s independence now, during this war, and will be one of the long-term security guarantees after the war ends".
"We are developing our strength. Today, I also spoke with the manufacturers of the relevant weapons," the head of state added.
