"This happened in one of the villages in the Sarny District.
In addition, according to preliminary information, a house and a truck were damaged," the statement said.
Relevant emergency services are currently working at the site of the enemy attack.
The State Emergency Service reported that rescue workers were clearing away the rubble. Due to the threat of renewed enemy shelling, personnel periodically withdrew to safe locations.
