Top Ukrainian scout Vadym Matrosov killed in Donbas. PHOTOS

Ukrainian scout of "Donbas" Battalion Vadym Matrosov (call sign Botsman) was killed in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) area on Sept. 8.

As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by the press service of the battalion on Facebook.

On evening of Sept. 8, a soldier of the 46th "Donbas-Ukraine" brigade, senior scout of the scout platoon of the scout sabotage company, soldier Vadym Petrovych Matrosov, born in 1989 in Liubashivka, the Odesa region, died of mine-blast traumas.

The military was mobilized during the sixth wave of mobilization, and continued his service as a contract soldier.

Matrosov is survived by his mother, his partner, and two daughters.
