Belarusian President Lukashenko complains about "unconcealed pressure" put by Russia

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko is dissatisfied with the development of integration projects and economic relations with the Russian Federation.

He stated at a meeting with Union State's of Russia and Belarus Secretary Grigory Rapota, Censor.NET reports citing BELTA.

"We are moving like the slugs (there are no other words for it). We have been unable to agree upon the gas price for several months now. Russia has reduced oil supplies to Belarus because of this. We recognize it as a pressure on Belarus. But I will not tolerate any pressure, just like Belarusians will not," President Lukashenko stressed.

Belarusian head of state added that Russia blocked deliveries of some Belarusian goods, especially food, to the EU customers: "For some reason, Russia declares that their quality is 'poor.' It's understandable since we draw Russian agriculture oligarchs into losses when we supply high quality goods at affordable prices in Russia."

"They are putting pressure on the government making the government say "Fetch" to all sorts of officials starting from Rosselkhoznadzor and so on. They lift export ban from three our manufacturers and impose ban against another five, lift ban from those five and then bar six others. This is unconcealed pressure," Alexander Lukashenko concluded.
