Party of Regions’ ex-MP Medianyk released from Lukianivka remand prison
As reported by Censor.NET, a source close to the ex-lawmaker told Ukrainski Novyny.
"He was released from the pretrial detention facility," a source said.
According to him, the court issued no decision to release him while he was most likely set free as the Prosecutor General's Office had ceased criminal proceedings against him.
Earlier, Prosecutor General Yuri Lutsenko predicted Medianyk's soonest release.
