Prosecutor general requests Rada’s consent to indict MP Novinsky

Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yurii Lutsenko published the motion to the Verkhovna Rada to get its sanction to convict MP Novinsky of a criminal offense.

As reported by Censor.NET, Yurii Lutsenko wrote on Facebook and posted the relevant paper.

The document reveals that the cause of such a motion was the events related to the illegal confinement of Archbishop Oleksandr (Drabynko), the assistant to the late Metropolitan Volodymyr.
