Ukrainian troops establish checkpoint at Novoluhanske village outskirts, - MoD

The members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine established a checkpoint on the outskirts of Novoluhanske village in the Donbas.

Censor.NET reports citing the statement by the press service of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry.

"The Armed Forces of Ukraine established a checkpoint at the southern edge of Novoluhanske village today, Dec. 23, following numerous requests of village residents, internally displaced persons, enterprises and self-employed individuals.

"This will allow supplying almost 4,000 villagers with food and everyday products without impediment, restore health care facilities, streamline delivery of necessary goods and fuel. Besides, this will speed up the procedure of granting access to citizens willing to visit their relatives," the statement reads.
