NSDC approves draft state program of army development by 2020
The National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine has approved a draft state program of Ukraine's armed forces development by 2020.

"The National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine has approved a draft State Program for Development of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by 2020 prepared by the Ministry of Defense as well as changes to the military-administrative division of the territory of Ukraine," the statement notes.
