Militants shelled Marinka checkpoint today

The pro-Russian militants fired at the positions of Ukrainian border guards near Marinka checkpoint.

Censor.NET reports citing the State Border Service of Ukraine.

The militants used grenade launchers and small arms. Two grenades exploded 50 meters away from the checkpoint.

The militants who fired at Marinka checkpoint were located in the village of Oleksandrivka. No one was killed of injured. Border guards did not fire back.

It was reported earlier that the militants fired at the Ukrainian positions 73 times on Feb.17. Four Ukrainian soldiers were wounded.
