Poroshenko: We will not allow separating Donbas from Ukraine

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko pledges to take every effort not to allow Russia and the militants it backs to separate the Donbas from Ukraine.

As reported by Censor.NET citing UNIAN, the president said as he was conveying ambulances to the healthcare facilities in the Luhansk region.

"The steps are being taken to establish a ruble zone on the other side, to provide an opportunity to isolate it from Ukraine. And we will definitely do everything possible to prevent this," he said.
