23,000 police officers to guard peace on Easter night

About 23,100 police officers, 700 National Guard soldiers among them, will guard peace on Easter night.

According to the National Police, about 8.9 million people are expected to participate in Easter festivities. The greatest number of people are expected in the Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Odesa regions.

Earlier, the deputy head of the National Police of Ukraine Oleksandr Fatsevych reported on police readiness to guard peace during Easter festivities.
