Ukrainian internet services provider blocked Russian websites in occupied Sevastopol

In the morning of May 31, Ukrainian internet provider Volia that operates under Russian laws in occupied Sevastopol and Crimea, in compliance with the decision of Ukraine's President Poroshenko blocked Russian websites Yandex, Mail.ru and VKontakte to its consumers.
As reported by Censor.NET citing BlackSeaNews, thousands of city residents were denied access to their e-mail inboxes, social media accounts, business opportunities, and services, local media reported.The company posted a disclaimer on its website reading in Ukrainian:
"Dear user!
"This website has been blocked under the President of Ukraine's decree #133/2017 on the decision of the National Security and Defense Council dated April 28, 2017 on personal economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions)."
