The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) asks the Solomianskyi district court to order MP Boryslav Rosenblat to post a 10 million hryvnia bail.
SAP prosecutor Volodymyr Kryvenko told a Censor.NET correspondent. The hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m., but as of 10:20 a.m. it had not started. MP Rozenblat is in the courtroom with two lawyers.
"The truth is at my side. We'll fight on," he told journalists.

On July 13, Prosecutor General Yurii Lutsenko said he had issued indictments against MPs Maksym Poliakov (People's Front) and Boryslav Rozenblat (Petro Poroshenko Bloc). Rada supported lifting their immunity but failed to cast enough votes in favor of their detention and arrest.
The lawmakers are suspected of receiving bribes for lobbying the amber mining interests of Fujeira company.
Rozenblat's bodyguard was detained by agents of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) on June 19. He had a bag with $200,000 in cash in it. He later agreed to cooperate with the investigation.
