Prosecutor General Yurii Lutsenko wrote on Facebook, Censor.NET reports."During the investigation of the criminal organization of Klymenko, the military prosecutors of PGO examined 258 petitions in courts on measures to ensure criminal proceedings. The largest number (163) of them were related to seizure of property of suspects. All petitions have been granted.
According to interim results, 46 people have been indicted, including heads of regional tax authorities, as well as ex-minister of income and taxes, Klymenko," Lutsenko wrote.

Prosecutor General said nine people remain in custody, and 18 were released under the total bail of 59 million hryvnia ($2.29 million).
"The property of the suspects has been arrested for total worth of 900 million hryvnia. Arrested property of Klymenko and his affiliated companies reaches another 6 billion hryvnia. We continue working," Lutsenko wrote.
Two dozen top tax officials of the former Inland Revenue Ministry of Ukraine were detained in the National Police and the Military Prosecutor's Office's special nationwide operation on May 24.
