Poroshenko enacted NSDC ruling on General Headquarters

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko signed a decree to enact the ruling by the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) dated Sept. 13, 2017 "On General Headquarters."

The decree was published on the presidential website, Censor.NET reports.

The decree provides that the NSDC ruling is available "for service use only." It also confirms the regulation on the General Headquarters (attached, classified).

The decree orders NSDC Secretary Oleksandr Turchynov to take organization measures to secure relevant operation of the General Headquarters when it's set up.

The decree enters into force on the day of its publication.
