Latvia has prepared a large batch of drones of various types for transfer to Ukraine.

Defence Minister Andris Spruds wrote about this on social network X, Censor.NET reports.

"Together with Latvian drone manufacturers, we continue to support Ukraine. The latest shipment, consisting of more than 1,000 combat drones of various types, has been prepared," the minister said.

Sprūds also reminded that the drone coalition is led by Latvia and the United Kingdom. According to the minister, in 2025 Latvia will allocate another 20 million euros for the purchase of drones within the coalition.
