Censor.NET Photographer Captures Election 'Carousel' in Kyiv Oblast. PHOTOS

Censor.NET photographer has captured on camera a scheme of the so-called election 'carousel' (when a group of people with absentee ballots go around polling station and vote 10, 20 or even more times during a day) in district #320575 located in Boyarka (Kyiv oblast).

A minibus marked Route 732 with 20-25 men inside parked near the polling station at 8:15. This bus does not have a route in Boyarka.

The car escorting the minibus had a woman with 'carousel' participants lists.

The participants were hiding their faces from the camera.
